The Day Draws Nearer

Only 2 days, 6 hours, 12 minutes and 27 seconds left until television is watchable again.

1. There are many yea-sayers around the blogosphere that are highly anticipating this momentous occasion. However, there are plenty of "others" who are somehow irretrievably "Lost" in the realm of inferior entertainment.

2. Keifer Sutherland Jack Bauer said in an interview that in Season six, "You'll learn there was a wider scope to what happened last season." Aside from being painfully obvious, I hope this means that the Blue-Tooth Bandits will get Jack-Attacked within the first 34 minutes of the season and be forced to use rotary phones to communicate.

3. Is Tony Really Dead? He died in Jack's arms, right? Yes, but why didn't he get a silent clock? Edgar and Mason get silent clocks but not Tony? Carlos Bernard humorously weighs in here. If he is still alive, then it better be a really good story behind it. However, this is highly dubious.

4. Stephen King has seen the first four episodes of the season premiere and written a spoiler-free article about his viewing experience. His conclusion, "It's so good it's scary." Again, perhaps painfully obvious to any rational human being who has compared 24 to any other show ever. Note carefully in the second line how he rightly observes that 24 is the "Father of Lost." The voice of sagacity indeed.

Till Tuesday's post-game analysis.

Yes. Yes.

3. No way tony is still alive. He is definitely dead. Palmer, and Michelle didn't get a silent clock, so they couldn't very well give tony one. That interview as hillarious.

Hope y'all liked the 24 'motivational posters' that I did. I'll be making more as the season goes on. :)

Contact me through my site if you have any suggestions for 'em.

Ched,

All the truly pious seminary students are going out in the cold tonight from 7-9pm to do some door-to-door evangelism.

Can you be there, or do have something more important to do?

I'm assuming you're in this group?

Smiles.

Never watched a single episode of the show. Lately, Heroes and Jericho have been my cuppatea, but then again, speculative fiction has always been my thing.

A Sad Day indeed.

speculative fiction has always been my thing.

I think you would like 24. You've got both speculation, and fiction...
