As we are in "The Final Countdown" phase of Annie's second pregnancy, I find myself becoming more and more convinced that abortion is nothing less than barbaric. It is an attack on the image of God in man, as are all premeditated murders. I pray for those who have done such and are so calloused to their sin, and for those who do know the love of Christ and struggle with the grace and mercy of God which covers ALL of their sins(including two women in my family). It is not about politics; it is about the glory of God in his design for motherhood and (for those who want to use absentee fathers as an excuse) for manhood and fatherhood. How we need the Gospel to transform our world<BR/><BR/>As a side note, I have yet to pick up Beckwith's book <I>Defending Life</I> and George's book <I>Embryo: a Defense of Human Life</I>, but I heard that they are excellent defenses of the sanctity of life.magnifygodhttp://magnifygod.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.com
