Update: The Hebrew Monster Shows no Mercy!

At 8:00 A.M. today, I take on the Hebrew Monster. He comes in the form of an exam. He has stated his intentions: He seeks to slay me with his forms and functions, with his tense and syntax, with his suffix and active participle. But I am privvy to his schemes. He will not triumph. He will not obfuscate the clarity of my grasp of the fine points of grammar I have embedded deep into my brain.


Who am I kidding? This dead language will indeed kill me.
Therefore, this may be the end of my blogging career.
The Hebrew monster will make short work of me.
My sentences are getting shorter.
My strength to carry on wanes.
Syntagmic relationships fail.
Farewell, my friends.


Update: I have survived the bitterly contested fight, but only after the Hebrew Monster smote my ruins on the hillside...
