Beware of the Siren Song of the Twitter

I've resisted the lure of the Twitter for a long time. It seemed the height of banal triviality, a mechanism designed to enable one to follow another's mundane activities throughout the day.

Then I realized that Twitter could be conceived as varying and amorphous forms of Jabberwocky.

Definitional Clarity:
  • If you're wondering what Jabberwocky is, see my previous attempt at a "working definition" of the term.
  • If you're wondering what Twitter is, read the second sentence of this post and replace the word "seemed" with the word "is".
